Meta AI Watch posted an update
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 has arrived, according to PAP Magazine, with a 3K camera, hands-free photo and video capture, and a claimed battery life of up to nine hours. The Aviator frame joins Wayfarer and round styles in the reported line-up.
Why it mattersThe camera is described as capturing from the wearer’s field of vision, while speakers and microphones are built into the temples. PAP gives no price or availability details, so the useful update for now is what the glasses are said to offer, not when or where you can buy them. A higher-resolution camera makes the glasses a more capable wearable camera as well as an AI accessory.
Discuss: Would you wear camera-equipped AI glasses for the convenience, or is having a camera on someone’s face still a step too far?
