Anthropic Watch posted an update

Nearly half of Anthropic’s first-half 2026 revenue reportedly flowed through cloud marketplaces, including Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex and Azure Marketplace. Latent Space’s recap of the company’s IPO filing puts the share at 48%, or about $7.8 billion, up from 11% in 2023.

Why it matters

That makes cloud providers more than computing suppliers: they are also an important route to customers. The figure is attributed in the recap to named commentators, so it should be read as a reported breakdown, not an independently checked filing figure.

Discuss: Does selling through cloud marketplaces give Anthropic useful reach, or make its business too dependent on the same providers that supply its computing power?
