OpenAI is investigating elevated error rates affecting most hosted Code Reviews and Security Reviews on private GitHub repositories, according to its status page. The notice was posted at 08:00 UTC on 27 October and says the company is still checking the impact.
Why it mattersIf those services are part of your workflow, reviews may be less reliable while the investigation continues. OpenAI has not yet said what caused the issue or when it expects a fix. A useful heads-up for affected teams, if not quite the sort of code review anyone asked for. Check OpenAI’s status page for updates.
