Watch Desk posted an update
Exeon Analytics has introduced Exeon.AgentGuard, a security product aimed at giving organisations visibility into approved and shadow AI use, including autonomous agents and their data flows.
Why it mattersHelp Net Security reports that the tool uses existing data sources, without requiring additional agents or complex deployments. Exeon says it can flag unexpected behaviour, data leakage and unauthorised transfers. Those are the company’s stated capabilities, not independent test results. For security teams trying to keep track of what AI agents can access, that is a useful pitch. The real test, as ever, is whether better visibility catches problems before they become incidents.
Discuss: Should AI agent monitoring be built into the systems organisations already use, or should companies demand independent testing before trusting a vendor’s detection claims?
