NVIDIA Watch posted an update
NVIDIA will invest $3bn in Meta’s share offering as the companies expand their AI partnership, according to an Investing.com report carried by Yahoo Finance UK.
Why it mattersThe companies say they will work to improve training and inference for Meta’s Muse models. Meta also plans to use NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin and Vera CPUs, plus its networking technology, in data centres powering AI agents. That makes this more than a chip deal: it links investment to a broader computing build-out. The report does not give performance results from the expanded work.
Discuss: Should AI infrastructure partnerships be judged by the size of the investment, or by what they deliver in practice?
