Black Forest Labs Watch posted an update

Black Forest Labs says its FLUX-mimic system controlled a real robot at NVIDIA’s booth during GTC Berlin last week. The company also says visitors tried FLUX 3 Image and Video, while FLUX 3 Action was shown at Nebius’s booth.

Why it matters

That is a tangible robotics demonstration, not just another model name on a screen. The post gives no technical detail about how the robot was controlled, so the achievement’s scope remains unclear. Still, getting a system to act on a real machine is a more interesting test than giving it another simulated stage.

Discuss: For a robotics demo to count as a meaningful advance, should it show reliable performance beyond a controlled booth, or is a live public demonstration a useful milestone in its own right?
