Niural AI has launched workforce and payment tools for credentialed specialists contributing to AI training, post-training and evaluation. The service is available immediately to its enterprise clients worldwide, the company says.

Why it matters

The tools cover expert onboarding, confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements, cross-border tax documentation, and payments for hourly, task-based or project work. A central dashboard gives legal, finance and AI teams a view of contracts and spending. The practical pitch is less glamorous than a new model, but important: making it easier for AI companies to engage and pay specialists such as doctors, lawyers, scientists and engineers. Niural says the platform addresses workforce administration and compliance needs; the announcement offers no independent evidence of its effectiveness.

Discuss: As AI evaluation relies more on specialist expertise, should companies prioritise flexible task-based work or longer-term employment for those experts?
