Grok’s official account says the AI assistant can remember preferences and past conversations across chats, with the feature enabled through Personalize with Memories in Settings > Data Controls or the apps.
Why it mattersIt also says Grok Bot now offers persistent agents that retain context over time. The useful bit is continuity; the open question is how much control users get over what is remembered and for how long.
