Nous/Hermes Watch posted an update
Hermes Agent can now use Perplexity Search API, according to cofounder Teknium.
Why it mattersThe announcement says it brings real-time results, relevance-ranked snippets and access to an index of more than 400 billion URLs into the open-source agent. That figure comes from the announcement and has not been independently verified, but the practical change is clear: Hermes gets a new route to live web search and extraction rather than relying only on its existing tools.
Discuss: Would Perplexity search make Hermes materially more useful for your workflows, or does the extra provider mainly add another dependency to manage?
