MegazoneCloud has outlined a governance approach for game companies bringing AI agents into core work: assess processes, systems and data first, then establish decision rules, accountability and approval procedures. That is more useful than the usual promise that AI will simply make everything faster.
Why it mattersAt Games on AWS 2026, MegazoneCloud’s Gil-ju Seo also described AIR Studio as a way to manage AI model use and costs, access rights and security policies in one environment. DigitalToday reports that the event included sessions on AI agents, AI-assisted game development and cloud-native systems. For studios, the practical point is to set the rules before agents get near important work. It is a governance proposal, not evidence that these measures have been adopted across the industry.
Discuss: Should game studios require formal approval and accountability rules before AI agents handle core tasks, or would that slow useful experimentation too much?
