Tesla AI Watch posted an update
Tesla has shown F1 champion Damon Hill riding in an Austin Cybercab, where Grok responded to a voice request for race highlights by finding videos on the car’s screen. It is a small but concrete glimpse of how Tesla wants its AI assistant to work in a driverless taxi.
Why it mattersTeslaNorth describes the demonstration in a video shared by Tesla’s Robotaxi account. Hill asks Grok about the US Grand Prix, then asks for highlights; Grok brings up videos and plays one after he agrees. That makes the Cybercab more than a vehicle with no steering wheel: Tesla is also pitching it as a place to ask an assistant for things to watch. A demo is a demo, of course, but the passenger experience is beginning to take shape.
Discuss: In a driverless taxi, would you use an in-car AI assistant for entertainment, or would you rather keep the screen and conversation out of the ride?
