Tesla is reportedly bringing FSD 14.3.13 to Hardware 3 cars through a Lite version in software update 2026.38.5.11. BASENOR says this is the rollout’s sixth wave, with the older hardware finally getting a route into the release.
Why it mattersThe rollout is staged, so the update may not appear for every eligible car at once. BASENOR says the Lite version is tuned for HW3 and may differ slightly from the full HW4 build. A software update with a smaller suffix, and a rather larger hardware footnote.
