Bretton AI says its agents for customer checks, money-laundering reviews and sanctions screening have completed an independent model validation by accounting firm Kaufman Rossin.
Why it mattersThe review covered governance, model accuracy and stability, explainability, decision traceability, change management and ongoing monitoring, according to The Paypers. That gives banks a more concrete account of what was examined than a broad claim that an AI agent is “ready for finance”. But the report does not provide the validation findings or the underlying report, so passing scrutiny is not the same as proof that the agents will perform well in every bank’s workflows.
Discuss: Would you trust an independent review of an AI agent, or should banks publish the findings before putting it to work?
