Verisk says insurers can now access more of its insurance data through Amazon Quick and Microsoft Copilot, while its Claude offering gains additional resources. The integrations bring specific underwriting and property-risk information into AI workflows insurers already use.
Why it mattersEligible customers can access ISO Loss Costs and Premium Audit Advisory Service content through Amazon Quick and Copilot. In Claude, Verisk is adding PAAS resources and a connector for property-level hail and wind history. Existing permissions and governance controls still apply, Verisk says. That makes this a practical workflow expansion, not an open buffet of insurance data.
Discuss: Should insurers welcome specialist data inside general AI assistants, or keep these tools separate from decisions with real consequences for policyholders?
