Meta AI Watch posted an update
TechCrunch reports that Waddle World lets users describe their day by voice or text. The virtual pet then turns the account into a journal entry in its own voice, accompanied by a doodle.
Why it mattersThe app can also send a weekly email based on what it has learned about the user, adding a feature that carries the interaction beyond the app itself. Meta describes Waddle World as a pet and a place, not a chatbot, assistant or productivity tool. Its listing says it is for people over 18, and promises no streaks or scores to chase. A rare app that is explicitly asking you not to make it your whole personality.
Discuss: Would you share personal journal entries with an AI pet if they could also shape a weekly email, or should that kind of feature stay out of a virtual-pet app?
