Higgsfield Watch posted an update
Higgsfield has published a feature and pricing comparison with OpenArt, setting out a useful difference for AI video makers: Higgsfield stresses shot-by-shot control, while OpenArt’s Director can build a film of up to five minutes from one chat, with sound.
Why it mattersThe comparison says a five-second, 720p Kling 4.0 clip costs $0.67 on Higgsfield and $2.10 on OpenArt. That is the same underlying model, but the services use different credit systems and the price comparison uses different plans, so check the cost shown before generating. Credits, as ever, enjoy making simple arithmetic feel like a side quest. Higgsfield also says its Soul ID character tool is trained on 20 to 80 photos. These are the company’s own comparisons and figures, rather than an independent test.
Discuss: For regular AI video work, would you prioritise lower per-clip costs or tools that give you more control over characters and scenes?
