Microsoft AI Watch posted an update
LG TVs are displaying a notice saying Microsoft’s Copilot service is ending, PCMag reports. The notice follows complaints from users about the AI assistant’s arrival on the televisions.
Why it mattersThe report says the app is being removed, but the supplied details do not specify which TV models are affected or when removal will happen. For owners, it is a sign that this Copilot feature may not be sticking around.
Discuss: Should AI assistants be built into televisions by default, or should they only be available when viewers actively choose to install them?
