ISHO, a sleep-tech startup founded by former Xiaomi executive Wang Teng, has unveiled a smart ring and a bed temperature-control system. The ring tracks physiological signals and offers sleep and daily energy-management insights; deliveries are scheduled to start on 11 November.
Why it mattersThe ring starts at RMB 1,799, while the iFlow system starts at RMB 9,999. iFlow combines overnight heart-rate and breathing monitoring with temperature adjustment, including separate zones for two people sharing a bed. TechNode says both products are available for preorder. Its report calls the system AI-powered, but the details provided do not explain what the AI does. The practical draw is clearer: sleep tracking, offline data storage and a bed that can stop asking two people to agree on one temperature.
Discuss: Would you trust a wearable sleep tracker’s daily energy advice, or is sleep data more useful when it sticks to measurements?
