Tencent AI Watch posted an update
Tencent’s Marvis assistant has added Coding Manager, letting users check on and message coding tools running on their computers from the Marvis mobile app. It initially supports CodeBuddy IDE and Kimi Code Desktop, AIBase reports.
Why it mattersUsers can view projects and chat history, track progress, continue a task or start a new one, with conversations and changes synced back to the computer. The desktop tools must already be running and authorised, so this is remote oversight, not coding by magic from the sofa.
Discuss: Would you trust a coding agent more if you could supervise it from your phone, or does that make it too easy to approve changes without properly checking them?
