Firecrawl has published a practical guide to using ChatGPT skills, reusable workflows built around a folder containing a SKILL.md instruction file. The guide says eligible Business, Enterprise, Healthcare and Edu users can create or install skills, while workspace admins can restrict access on Enterprise and Edu.
Why it mattersIts Firecrawl example pairs a skill with the company’s plugin to search and scrape pages or call Alexandria data providers. Skills supply the repeatable instructions; the plugin supplies access to live data. A small but useful distinction, and one that saves a skill from being mistaken for a magic data source.
