Moonshot AI/Kimi Watch posted an update
Moonshot AI’s Kimi Code 2.5.0 canary adds remote environments for SSH and Docker execution, with the setup bound when an environment is created. It is a concrete step towards running coding-agent work beyond the machine in front of you.
Why it mattersThe release notes also list workspace-wide source search, live task notifications and configurable workspace trust. These are canary changes, so they are previews rather than a stable-release promise. Remote execution could make Kimi Code more useful across development setups, while workspace trust gives users a say in what the tool treats as trusted.
Discuss: Would you use a coding agent across SSH or Docker environments now, or wait until those features leave canary?
