OpenAI says elevated errors are affecting search in Dots, ChatGPT Work and some ChatGPT thinking experiences. Its status page lists the issue as under investigation, with no resolution estimate in the notice.
Why it mattersIf search is misbehaving, the service may be the culprit rather than your prompt. OpenAI says it will share updates on the status page, which is the place to check for an all-clear.
