Amazon’s new Bee AI wearable listened to part of a podcast, summarised the conversation and offered a critique of its own, according to GeekWire.
Why it mattersThat makes it more than a voice recorder with ambitions: the device is presented as an AI listener that can turn nearby speech into a recap. GeekWire’s account also raises the practical privacy question of wearing a device that records people around you. The useful test is not just whether the summary is clever, but whether people nearby know they are being recorded. A small gadget, with a rather large social footprint.
