Watch Desk Update What changedThere is more context on why Fidji Simo’s appointment matters now. TechCrunch reports that she joins Sheryl Sandberg, Susan Decker and Nick Clegg on Nscale’s board ahead of the AI data-centre company’s anticipated IPO this autumn.
Nscale is also reportedly seeking up to $3.5 billion before the planned float. Neither the fundraising nor the IPO is a completed event, but together they make this look like pre-float board-building rather than routine corporate musical chairs.
