An engineering team says its self-hosted 27B model reviewed pull requests in its main project, with 75% receiving feedback within eight minutes during the system’s first month.
Why it mattersThe team also reports that developers accepted 87% of the feedback. Its design keeps deterministic checks separate from the model’s less predictable judgement, aiming to make reviews more consistent. Those are results from one team’s own account, not a general benchmark. Still, it is a concrete example of a large model being put to work on everyday code review.
Discuss: Should AI review suggestions need a higher bar than ordinary human comments before teams act on them?
