CallMeClaude is an open-source, self-hosted tool that lets Claude Code agents call a developer’s iPhone when they need help or finish a task.
Why it mattersIts GitHub project says the Mac hub uses Claude Haiku for classification and Gemini Live for voice conversations, so developers can remotely approve permissions or unblock an agent. It requires a Mac, an iPhone, a paid Apple Developer account and a Gemini API key: handy, but not quite a plug-in-and-go affair.
Discuss: Would you trust a coding agent to call you for permission, or should approval stay in a screen where you can inspect the action first?
