Moonshot AI/Kimi Watch posted an update
Moonshot AI has released Kimi Code 2.5.1, a patch that fixes repeated HTTP 400 errors in some sessions and restores missing image and video previews in tool results.
Why it mattersThe release notes also list fixes for web session titles that failed to generate after the first turn, local images that disappeared when file paths contained spaces, and chat messages covered by the session panel on narrow layouts. There are a few quieter clean-ups too: sessions from deleted workspaces and stale empty workspaces are hidden from their lists. Not flashy, but a coding agent that keeps its pictures and stops tripping over its own sessions is a welcome sort of progress.
Discuss: Which matters more in a coding agent: fixing reliability bugs like failed sessions, or adding new capabilities?
