Huntington Bank is using hackathons, hands-on AI sandboxes and small proof-of-concept projects to get employees experimenting with AI. The approach treats adoption as a practical workplace challenge, not something a town hall announcement can simply decree.
Why it mattersWhat happened In an interview with American Banker, Huntington’s head of technology innovation, Prithwis Mukhopadhyay, described several ways the bank is encouraging staff to use AI.
