Hugging Face says its open-source ML Intern is now available as a bot people can install in their own Slack workspace. It can evaluate models, build datasets and fine-tune models.

That puts several machine-learning tasks inside a tool teams may already use, rather than requiring them to leave Slack for each step. The announcement gives no further detail on setup or how the tasks work, so the bot’s practical limits remain to be seen.
