More than 87% of Atlassian’s enterprise cloud customers now use Rovo, its AI assistant, according to SiliconANGLE’s account of the company’s latest results. That is a concrete adoption figure, though it does not tell us how often people use Rovo or what they use it for.
Why it mattersThe figure offers a glimpse of AI’s foothold inside a major workplace software suite. It is a customer-use measure, not evidence that the assistant is improving productivity.
Discuss: Is a high customer adoption rate meaningful evidence of an AI tool’s value, or should companies publish usage and outcomes before claiming success?
