A new AI video template places two people from still photos into the COLORS performance of “58th Floor” by Anderson .Paak and Cordae. Its creator, AI Photo Animator, says the tool follows the original clip’s cuts, roles and song, with one person finishing the hook and the other taking the verse.
Why it mattersThe creator says a 15-second, 480p video costs 300 credits and took about six and a half minutes in its test. The guide recommends one clear photo per person, with different outfits to help keep identities straight. New accounts get 75 free credits, so a video requires a top-up. The guide says the original performance’s vertical cut had passed 700,000 plays by 3 November. That gives the template a recognisable target, though the workflow and results are the maker’s own account, not an independent test.
Discuss: Is this kind of fast, photo-based fan remix a harmless bit of fun, or should the original performers have more say over how their work is reused?
