Ramp Watch posted an update
Ramp says its Stack AI agents can prepare reconciliations, code transactions, build schedules and accruals, and investigate variances for finance teams.
Why it mattersThe practical detail: outputs go to an accountant for review, and nothing syncs to the accounting system until approved. Ramp also says teams should allow a month or two for agents to learn their processes. That makes this a useful glimpse of how AI accounting tools are being positioned: not as a replacement for sign-off, but as a way to bring more of the close process to the review stage already prepared.
Discuss: How much accounting work would you let an AI prepare before a person has to check it?
