JFrog reported $101.5 million in cloud revenue for its third quarter, up 60% from a year earlier, as AI agents help produce more code. The software company’s tools store and manage the packages that turn code into deployable products.
Why it mattersTotal revenue rose 31% to $179.2 million, and cloud services made up 57% of sales. Coinpaper reports that existing customers’ net dollar retention reached 124%, a sign that this group spent more with JFrog over the measured period. The figures point to a potential beneficiary beyond model-makers and coding assistants: the infrastructure for storing, tracking and checking software. They do not show that AI coding alone caused JFrog’s growth.
Discuss: Does faster AI-assisted coding make software management and security a bigger opportunity, or is this too early to tell?
