Huawei AI Watch posted an update
Huawei Cloud plans to add openPangu-2.1-Pro to its Model as a Service platform on 15 November, TokenPost reports. The update is designed to improve ArkTS code generation for native HarmonyOS apps and make Ascend operator development more efficient.
Why it mattersThat gives developers a planned cloud-access route to the model, with specific uses beyond a name on a model list. Huawei says existing service users have been notified in advance. The model has also appeared inside Huawei’s Xiaoyi Work assistant, but a MaaS launch would be a distinct way to access it. For developers, the date to watch is 15 November.
