OpenAI models and Codex coding agents are coming to Google Cloud’s Model Garden, according to Cloud Wars Minute. For businesses already using Google Cloud, the useful wrinkle is that they will be able to buy the tools through Google Cloud Marketplace and put the spend towards existing cloud commitments.
Why it mattersThe report says the integration will also draw on Google Cloud’s data-governance and infrastructure services. It gives no launch date, so for now this is a new route being announced, not a switch customers can necessarily flip today.
