Microsoft AI Watch posted an update
Microsoft’s Bing is showing an AI visual summary button on individual search results. Click it and an AI-generated graphic summarising the page appears beside the results, according to Search Engine Roundtable.
Why it mattersThe report describes the feature after it was spotted by search observer Khushal Bherwani. It offers a more visual way to skim a page, though the article does not establish how widely the feature is available. A graphic summary could make dense pages quicker to scan. It could also turn a useful source into a rather confident-looking picture that leaves out the bits that matter. Would you use these summaries as a shortcut, or stick with the original page?
