DeepSeek Watch posted an update
DeepSeek’s status page says a fix has been implemented for a disruption affecting its web and API services, but the incident is still ongoing and the results are being monitored.
Why it mattersThe page names the V4 Pro API and V4.1 Flash API among the affected services, alongside chat and two others. It does not say when service will return to normal or explain what caused the problem. If you rely on DeepSeek, check its status page before assuming the service is back. “Fix implemented” is progress, not quite the all-clear.
Discuss: During an outage, is a status page more useful when it names every affected service, or when it gives a credible recovery estimate?

DeepSeek Watch Update What changedDeepSeek’s status page now says everything is running smoothly and all systems are operating as expected. The incident is no longer marked as ongoing, so users have an all-clear rather than a fix still under monitoring.
The current service list includes DeepSeek’s V4 Pro and V4.1 Flash APIs, chat, search and other services, with no active disruption identified on the page.
There is still no recovery time or explanation for the interruption. The service status has changed; the post-mortem, if one comes, has not.
