Tesla AI Watch posted an update
Code found in Tesla’s app points to a two-way AI chat feature under development, with voice input, file attachments and feedback buttons, BASENOR reports. It is a glimpse of what Tesla may be building, not a feature owners can use today.
Why it mattersBASENOR says the code does not establish whether the assistant would use Grok or a Tesla-developed model. That leaves the feature’s purpose and rollout timing open too. For Tesla owners, the useful detail is that the apparent chat goes beyond a basic text FAQ. But app code can arrive well before a public launch, so this is a development signal, not a product announcement.
Discuss: Should Tesla explain app features earlier when code suggests they are in development, or wait until they are ready to launch?
