Nous/Hermes Watch posted an update

A community-built Hermes Agent plugin called undo-effects saves copies before an agent deletes, overwrites, moves or edits a file. Witcheer says users can restore a saved version with /undo-effects restore.

Why it matters

The plugin is listed in the Hermes marketplace, and Witcheer shared the installation command: hermes plugins install undo-effects –enable. It is a practical safety net for people letting an agent work with files, though a backup button is not a substitute for knowing what the tool is doing. This is a separate development from the recently covered memory-clean-up prompt: a plugin, not a new feature built into Hermes Agent.

Discuss: Would a file-restore plugin make you more comfortable giving an AI agent permission to edit files, or should agents need approval before every change?
