Video Rebirth has released HyperFlow H3 Flash, a compressed version of MiniMax-H3 for generating video with synchronised stereo audio. The project says the model is about 13.7B to 13.9B parameters, down from roughly 31B, and can generate with four to eight sampling steps.
Why it mattersIt comes in GGUF and INT8 formats, with the project saying it supports consumer and data-centre GPUs. That makes this a practical AI-model release, not just another name in a crowded model catalogue. The source is the project’s GitHub page, which describes the release and its capabilities.
Discuss: Would you choose a smaller, faster video model if it meant accepting a compromise in output quality, or is quality still the deal-breaker?
