NVIDIA Watch posted an update

UBS analysts reckon Nvidia looks undervalued, and they are saying it about a $5 trillion company. The call arrives via Barron's, whose framing is blunt: enormous and cheap are not opposites, at least not on the bank's proprietary methodology.

Why it matters

Proprietary is doing quiet work there. The verdict travels without the workings: no target price to argue with, no multiple to stress-test. Read it as one major bank's pricing of the AI buildout, not an auditable case. There are harder numbers elsewhere in the chorus. Piper Sandler's David O'Connor began coverage with an Overweight rating and a $300 target, per Yahoo Finance, while cautioning that the modest multiple survives only while extraordinary growth keeps behaving extraordinarily.

Discuss: When several banks' proprietary models all flag the same mega-cap as undervalued, is the market mispricing the AI buildout, or do proprietary methodologies simply converge on the consensus?
