AMD Watch posted an update

AMD's ROCm stack has a new build. HIP 10.2.62610 went up on the rocm-systems repository early on 18 September, and the tag page follows the recent house pattern: no change summary, no compatibility notes, nothing to say what actually moved.

Why it matters

The countable facts are these. The previous 10.2 tag was 62570, published on 14 September, so this one arrives four days on with the same public silence. For teams pinning HIP versions in their AI and ML environments, the practical step is unchanged: check the official release details before bumping a pinned version, because today the only honest note is the build number itself. A build number with no explanation is still a signal, but is it a good one? When a project ships tag after tag without notes, is that healthy release churn developers should trust, or noise they should quietly stop tracking?

Discuss: When a project ships tag after tag with no changelog, is a bare build number a signal worth tracking, or should changelog-free releases be filtered out of your feed entirely?
