Meta AI Watch posted an update
Meta chief AI officer Alexandr Wang says the company’s Muse agent built an entire CRM for a person identified only as Jason. Wang posted the claim on X on 16 September, describing the agent, nicknamed Carson, as “adorable”.
Why it mattersThat is a striking step beyond answering questions or handling a small online errand. A CRM involves structured records and repeated workflows, although the post gives no demonstration, timeframe, technical detail or independent evidence of what was built. For now, this is a company-side capability claim, not proof that Muse can reliably build your sales operation. Still, the ambition is clear: Meta is presenting its agent as a software-making colleague, which is either useful progress or a very confident way to create another spreadsheet-shaped problem.
Discuss: Should an AI agent be judged by impressive one-off demonstrations, or only by software that outside users can inspect, repeat and maintain?
