Paris-based AI platform Primo has raised €6.9 million in a round led by Headline and Global Founders Capital, according to EU-Startups. The company sells device management, SaaS access and IT support, with autonomous agents handling repetitive jobs such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
Why it mattersPrimo says it now serves more than 400 customers and has passed €3.4 million in annual recurring revenue. It plans to use the new funding for hiring and international expansion. That makes this more than another cheque for an AI company. It is a bet that agents can take on the administrative plumbing of workplace IT, where a missed permission or badly timed offboarding can turn a tidy automation story into a very untidy afternoon. The report does not establish how much of Primo’s work is handled autonomously in practice, so the next useful measure is deployment, not pitch-deck ambition.
Discuss: Should companies let AI agents handle onboarding and offboarding directly, or must every access change remain under human approval?
