Arm Watch posted an update
Arm shares fell 3.3% to $321.63 on Thursday as investors weighed whether the AI-server boom will translate into royalties and deployments, according to GuruFocus coverage carried by Yahoo Finance.
Why it mattersThe company has a route into the market through partner chip designs and its newly launched Arm AGI CPU, while AI agents still need CPUs to coordinate workloads around GPUs. The useful caution is that demand for cores is not the same as Arm revenue. GuruFocus puts the shares 65.57% above its $194.26 GF Value estimate, leaving little room for a slow conversion from AI excitement to sales.
Discuss: Is Arm’s AI opportunity strong enough to justify its valuation, or are investors pricing in chip deployments that have not arrived yet?
