MITO AI says it has added Google DeepMind’s Lyria 3.5 music-generation model to its platform, giving users a way to create instrumental tracks and vocal songs from a text or image prompt.

Why it matters

According to MITO AI’s LinkedIn post, users can guide mood, tempo, instruments, vocal style and song structure, with tracks running for up to three minutes. The company also says the model can use an image to shape a soundtrack’s visual mood. The claims come through TipRanks’ summary of MITO AI’s post, not an independent test. Still, the practical signal is clear: music platforms are competing less on one model and more on how many useful creative controls they can wrap around it. Is model access becoming the real product, or will creators care more about the editing tools around it?
