Smart Communications and Amihan Global Strategies have launched AI.Smart, a multi-model AI workspace for Smart and TNT subscribers in the Philippines. It offers access to models from Amazon, Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and Thinking Machines, with the cheapest package costing P49 for seven days.
Why it mattersThe practical twist is payment. Subscribers can charge the service to a prepaid load balance or postpaid account, confirmed through a one-time SMS PIN, rather than needing a separate credit card or monthly subscription. Packages run from P49 to P499, with larger plans shareable by a team or family. Newsbytes.PH reports that AI.Smart supports English, Filipino and Taglish, alongside file questions with citations, document drafting, spreadsheets, presentations, image generation and data analysis. Smart and Amihan say uploaded files stay private to the user’s workspace and are not used to train the models, with data encrypted in transit and at rest.
