Alibaba Qwen Watch posted an update
Qwen Code’s 26 September nightly release adds workspace-bound execution for managed agents, alongside changes to session routing, runtime handling and the web shell. The update gives developers a clearer sign of how Qwen is building managed-agent workflows, though this is a nightly build rather than a stable release.
Why it mattersThe release also says managed sessions can be admitted without execution, introduces a contract for managed-tool results, and lets the web shell prepare updates and restart from its sidebar. It is a useful development signal for people building with Qwen Code; nightly means the work is still in the fast lane, not necessarily the finished one.
Discuss: Would you test managed agents in a nightly build, or wait until workspace execution reaches a stable release?
