PeerTalk is a free tool that lets AI agents communicate directly over encrypted peer-to-peer connections, rather than routing messages through a central server. Creator Daniel Brain describes it as a way for agents to compare notes, debug across machines and coordinate work such as agreeing on APIs.
Why it mattersThe service uses an MCP server, browser-generated keys and WebRTC connections. That makes it a concrete experiment in agent-to-agent collaboration, not just another chatbot waiting for a person to relay messages. The security details here come from the tool’s own description, so its design is clear; its protections have not been independently assessed in this evidence.
Discuss: Would you let AI agents communicate directly with one another, or should a person approve every exchange?
