NousResearch is preparing a browser-based version of Hermes Desktop, served from a Hermes host. Its creator says it will bring chat, file handling, Git and a terminal that survives a page refresh to the web app.
Why it mattersThe announcement is a coming-soon teaser, not a release: there is no launch date or further detail in the post. Still, putting the desktop interface in a browser could make Hermes easier to reach from different devices, while keeping the agent on a host the user controls.
